ob Responsibilities

Collaborate with end users, stakeholders, and IT to collect and assess business needs.

Prepare test plans and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system developments.

Monitor potential production issues, conduct regression tests, and resolve errors.

Assist with follow-ups after new guidelines are launched.

Work with the IT team to track and ensure resolution of defects identified during UAT.

Provide assistance to team leaders as needed.
-
Support project managers in delivering the Client for Life strategy through digital initiatives, process re-engineering, and automation to enhance customer experience.

Collaborate frequently with team members across functions to ensure clear stakeholder communication.
Job Requirements
-
3-5 years’ BA experience in the Life Insurance industry, with a solid understanding of products and operations.

Understanding on Claims/ Policy admin/ Underwriting is a must
-
Proven track record of successfully delivering initiatives.
-
Understanding of IT systems for process streamlining and service improvements
-
Strong skills in preparing user requirement documents, conducting UAT, and reporting.
-
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
