Join an exciting and future focused data centre business, with sites based across the UK and Europe! They are looking for a proven Business Analyst to delve into their organisation and work with key stakeholders and functions to support one of their key transformation programmes.
The Role:
Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking to make real impact and provide value on an international scale?
The client we are partnered with are on the lookout for a Business Analyst to assist with a key systems and data integration workstream by facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from key stakeholders.
This role will allow you to work in a booming industry and play an integral part in a highly technical and important transformation for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map the key business processes with various tools and by facilitating workshops.
- Write up technical requirements which can be understood by developers from a user’s perspective.
- Work with the product owners and the developers to assist with the technical process design.
- Creating process diagrams will be key for this role.
Your Profile:
- Experience dealing with the whole customer journey, all the way from acquisition/sales to billing
- Experience using Jira and Confluence is a bonus
- Be highly adaptable and experience wearing multiple hats
- Strong process mapping skills
- Worked in highly technical industries and ideally with experience integrating systems previously
