Business Analyst – FTC (12 Months, Hybrid Working)

The Role:

Are you a proven Change and Technology specialist looking to join an exciting and dynamic company?

We are on the lookout for a Business Analyst to thrive in this exciting, fast-paced and challenging role with autonomy to make a difference and generate real value. You will provide strategic business analysis services by working with stakeholders across UK product and technology functions.

This role will allow you to come in and push your own ideas, allow you to not just work in a delivery but be one of the real drivers vital to this transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers, stakeholders and senior leaders to understand needs, manage expectations and ensure solutions align with business goals.
  • Lead complex requirement gathering and process analysis, include running workshops, challenging assumptions and producing clear business cases and documentation.
  • Design and deliver improved or re-engineered process and solutions, from UI wireframes and detailed specifications through to testing and implementation.
  • Support successful adoption by coordinating with specialists, managing implementation and ensuring users are trained.

Your Profile:

  • Must have significant experience working on transformations with stakeholder management being key.
  • Happy to challenge and be pushy so you can pick up business processes quickly.
  • Insurance experience is a must – specifically property divisions.
  • Experienced in writing detailed specification for application development teams.
  • A self-starter, capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively.
