Business Analyst
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a multidisciplinary product and IT team within a leading Law Firm. In this role, you’ll gather, refine, and articulate both functional and non-functional requirements, working closely with Product Owners, QA/Test teams, and senior IT leaders to shape product roadmaps, define acceptance criteria, and ensure successful delivery.
For larger initiatives, you’ll operate at a strategic level, producing artefacts such as as-is/to-be process maps and business activity models that support user adoption and organisational change.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit, document, and validate requirements.

Support delivery teams with clear success criteria, traceable requirements, and quality outcomes.

Partner with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment, readiness for change, and adoption of new systems.

Promote a focus on business value and measurable outcomes across all initiatives.
Skills & Experience

Strong technical analysis skills, including process mapping, requirements management, and documentation.

Experience in global legal, professional services, or highly regulated environments is preferred.

Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.

Desirable: Certification in Professional Scrum, Agile, or related frameworks.
