Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to connect IT and business teams, focusing on the enhancement of digital products, insurance platforms, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering requirements, supporting Agile development, and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the insurance or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Translate business needs into functional specifications for digital improvements, new products, or incident resolutions.

  • System & Process Optimization: Assess and refine business processes and IT systems, especially within customer experience or agency tech divisions, to boost performance.

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Manage the full UAT process, including test case creation, defect tracking, and post-deployment checks.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with both business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.

  • Project Support: Lead small digital projects and provide support for core insurance systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in business analysis, ideally in insurance, financial services, or consulting.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred.

  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
