Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing insurance workflows and identify opportunities for digital optimization.

Translate complex insurance concepts into user-centric digital solutions.

Support the creation of user stories, process maps, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.

Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for new initiatives.

Ensure product alignment with regulatory and compliance standards.

Assist in UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.

Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum teams in Agile environments.
Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial service industry.

Strong understanding of insurance products (life, health, P&C, etc.) and digital transformation trends will be a plus.

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Demonstrated proficient presentation and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English, including the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
