Business Analyst – Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing insurance workflows and identify opportunities for digital optimization.

  • Translate complex insurance concepts into user-centric digital solutions.

  • Support the creation of user stories, process maps, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for new initiatives.

  • Ensure product alignment with regulatory and compliance standards.

  • Assist in UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.

  • Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum teams in Agile environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial service industry.

  • Strong understanding of insurance products (life, health, P&C, etc.) and digital transformation trends will be a plus.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

  • Demonstrated proficient presentation and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English, including the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
