IT Business Relationship Manager
An international law firm is seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager to act as the connection point between the business and technology teams.
This role is focused on understanding business priorities and ensuring technology initiatives are well scoped, aligned to strategy and delivered in a way that supports both clients and internal teams.
What the role involves:

Partnering with practice groups and business services teams to understand their objectives and challenges

Acting as the initial point of contact for new technology requests and guiding them through the appropriate process

Translating business needs into clear technology requirements, business cases and delivery plans

Helping prioritise technology initiatives and ensuring they align with budgets and wider firm strategy

Supporting the introduction of new systems and changes, with a focus on user adoption

Working closely with project delivery, architecture and service teams to ensure solutions are practical and fit for purpose

Communicating technology plans and progress in a clear, accessible way to stakeholders
What they’re looking for:

Experience in a business-facing technology role (e.g. BRM, IT Business Partner, Technology Engagement role)

Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive agreed outcomes

Experience shaping and managing change initiatives

Confident explaining technology topics to non-technical audiences
Desirable:

BRMP / CBRM certification

Background in professional services or complex organisations
