Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure communication and implementation of effective change strategies.
- Analyze the impact of proposed changes on various stakeholders and modify strategies accordingly to support project outcomes.
- Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a clear and logical manner.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to guide relevant stakeholders through changes.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
