Detailed Job Description

The Claims Compliance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing adherence to Workers Compensation statutes, regulations, and internal procedures. This includes reviewing and analyzing claim filings to ensure timely and accurate submissions, identifying discrepancies or non-compliance issues, and initiating corrective action when necessary.

This role will also collaborate with internal technology teams or external vendors to support system enhancements related to compliance tracking. The analyst will provide input on system requirements for claims handling platforms and contribute to audit and compliance education initiatives.

Maintaining current knowledge of regulatory changes is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external authorities. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, sound judgment, and the ability to balance regulatory obligations with operational needs.
