Customer Solutions Owner

Job Title: Customer Solutions Owner

Duration: 3-6 months

Rate/Salary: £500-700 per day Outside IR35 (subject to experience)

Location: London/home based (3 days on-site in London office per week plus 2 days home working)

The Role:

The Solution Owner will have accountability for solutions/products (current accounts, overdrafts, deposit accounts, loans and in the future cards) across customer, regulatory and commercial outcomes.

– Work with the existing team to provide expertise

– Maintain/build momentum on certain Risk, Compliance & Regulatory priorities

– Support work underway on current accounts and overdrafts with the possibility of support for deposit accounts

– Work with the team to review current account & overdraft customer journeys and issues already identified

– Improve the customer journey, along with wider compliance, product features, design & controls

– Be responsible for determining remedial action and issue closure of account where required

– Issue fixing, documentation, reporting and inputting controls, while continuing to enhance

Experience Required:

– Must have spent 3+ years within a similar customer outcomes focused role, within the Banking industry

– Retail Banking experience highly advantageous

– First line of defence experience is a necessity

– Knowledgeable on products and regulations that follow

– Must have the ability to author high quality materials
