New Opportunity – Deputy Chief Actuary | Luxembourg
A leading international life insurance business is looking to appoint a Deputy Chief Actuary to join its growing Luxembourg team.
This is a high-visibility role offering exposure across:
* Solvency II reporting & capital management
* Reserving and actuarial oversight
* Business planning & financial analysis
* Embedded Value / Value of New Business reporting
* Model development and process improvement
* Cross-functional collaboration with Finance & Risk teams
The ideal candidate will bring:
✔ Strong experience within a European Life insurer
✔ Solid exposure to Solvency II capital and reserving
✔ Strong analytical and modelling capabilities
✔ Experience with actuarial tools such as Prophet and/or R
✔ Excellent communication skills in an international environment
Fluent English. French is an advantage but not essential.
