The Role
We are looking for an DevOps Technical Lead to support and guide software delivery across development, testing, and CI/CD activities. You will act as a technical mentor and facilitator, ensuring best practices are applied consistently across teams and delivery pipelines.
Required Skills

Expert-level experience in DevOps and software engineering environments

Strong expertise in Java Spring (Spring Boot)

Advanced use of Git and collaborative workflows

Proven experience with test automation

Solid mastery of software development best practices

Ability to mentor, lead, and align cross-functional technical teams
- Fluency in English, and knowledge of French or Dutch
