An established organisation is seeking a Digital Performance Lead to drive the ongoing optimisation and commercial effectiveness of its digital channels. This role will focus on improving customer journeys, increasing conversion, and embedding a data-led approach to digital decision-making across the business.

Working across product, marketing, and analytics teams, you will play a key role in identifying performance opportunities, shaping optimisation strategies, and ensuring digital initiatives deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a clear strategy to enhance digital performance across key customer journeys and platforms

  • Create frameworks to identify, prioritise, and deliver improvements in engagement and conversion

  • Promote a data-driven approach, using customer behaviour and insights to inform decision-making

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and commercial teams to align on performance goals and outcomes

  • Identify opportunities to optimise digital journeys across acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing engagement

  • Ensure optimisation initiatives are embedded into product roadmaps and delivery plans

  • Establish and scale experimentation practices, including A/B testing and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Work closely with analytics teams to translate data into actionable insights and commercial recommendations

  • Define and implement best practices to ensure consistency across digital channels and experiences

  • Support the evaluation and adoption of tools and technologies that enhance digital performance and experimentation capabilities

Experience & Skills

  • Strong experience in digital performance, digital growth, or optimisation roles within a complex organisation

  • Proven track record in improving conversion rates and customer journey performance

  • Deep understanding of digital analytics, experimentation, and user behaviour

  • Experience working in agile, product-led environments

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and commercial teams

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels

  • Good understanding of digital tools and platforms that support analytics and optimisation

  • Commercially minded, with the ability to link digital activity to measurable business outcomes

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
