Digital Product Owner

We’re looking for a talented Product Owner to lead a unified digital platform for sellers across key markets in Asia. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation, optimizing product features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance their super app.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and enhance the platform across key markets including but not limited to Hong Kong, Thailand, Japan and more.
  • Work in a lean, agile environment with in-house teams of Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact, user-centric solutions.
  • Take ownership to key initiatives that help elevate the quality and productivity of the agency force, directly impacting the bottom line.
  • Be the go-to person for product direction and strategy across all markets, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and global partners.
  • Apply lean startup principles to quickly iterate on product features, prioritize feedback, and deliver value in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Bring a startup mindset to solve complex problems, leveraging data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in the platform.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Lean/Startup Environments: Ideally, you have experience working in a lean team or startup environment, where flexibility, innovation, and quick pivots are key to success.

  • Digital Product Ownership: Proven track record as a Digital Product Owner or Product Manager focused on driving product development, optimizing sales tools, and creating user-centric solutions.

  • Sales-Focused: Experience working on platforms or tools that drive sales activation, agent productivity, and performance management.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential. Japanese is a great plus.

  • Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in agile environments, iterating quickly, and collaborating across multiple teams with tight deadlines.

  • Hands-On Leadership: A self-starter who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving role – leading by example and driving projects from ideation to execution.

  • Data-Driven: Strong ability to use data analytics to inform product decisions and continuously optimize user experiences and product features.
