Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Treasury department, overseeing both the Back Office and Front Office Treasury operations.

- Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment of the treasury functions with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.
Key Skills
- Proven experience in Back Office and Front Office Treasury operations within the Insurance or related financial sector.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modelling and risk management.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
