Monthly Rate: Up to SGD 13,000
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the key APAC liaison with the global SAP project team.

Consolidate and refine documentation from various Finance Operations and Reporting teams across the APAC region.

Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation across all workstreams.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive change management processes planned for 2025.

Work closely with APAC team leads to coordinate communications and ensure smooth adoption of new systems/processes.
-
Attend and coordinate key meetings and calls across time zones.

Schedule discussions with local finance teams as needed.
-
Handle project-related ad hoc tasks.

Oversee the work of one support staff member from an external service provider.
Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA qualification required.

Must have prior insurance accounting experience.

Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Proactive and independent, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems.
-
Strong documentation and communication skills.
-
Able to work in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
