Finance BI Analyst – Manchester – Hybrid (2 days WFH) – Up to £50 000 + Bonus

We’re looking for a Finance BI Analyst to join our leading global recruitment and professional services organisation, recognised for its innovation and data-driven approach. The Role:

- Develop, maintain and automate Power BI dashboards and reports for financial performance
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership and commercial teams
- Support forecasting, budgeting and profitability analysis across the business
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, focusing on revenue, margins and profitability
- Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to understand reporting requirements
- Conduct analysis of financial and operational datasets to identify trends and opportunities
Profile:
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL and Excel; Python a plus
- Solid understanding of financial metrics, KPIs, forecasting and budgeting
- Experience in recruitment, professional services or commercial environment desirable
