Role Summary
As a Finance PMO, you will play a critical role in overseeing financial governance across high-impact programs. You will work closely with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, ensuring effective cost control, financial reporting, and strategic budget alignment within complex program portfolios.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the financial management of regional or global programs, ensuring adherence to budgets and fiscal governance.

Oversee program cost structures, budget cycles, and financial reporting in alignment with organizational goals.

Implement robust cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost optimization across program streams.

Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to support decision-making at the executive level.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions to manage financial risk and performance tracking.

Maintain compliance with internal and external financial control requirements.

Provide regular updates and dashboards on financial health of programs to the leadership team.
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 8 years of PMO experience, with strong emphasis on financial oversight and cost control in complex organizations.

In-depth understanding of financial structures, budget cycles, and cost allocations within large-scale programs.

Proven expertise in financial risk management, cost optimization, and financial modelling.

Experience working in regional or global programs, preferably within financial services or similar fast-paced industries.

Excellent communication skills – ability to influence, report, and align stakeholders across regions.

Proactive mindset with a high level of accountability and attention to detail.
