As a Financial Expert, you are the first point of contact for customers at our branch. You provide personalized advice on daily banking, savings, investments, loans, and insurance products, combining excellent customer service with commercial insight. You guide clients through digital banking solutions while proactively identifying opportunities to offer tailored financial products.

As a Financial Expert, you are the first and most personal point of contact for customers in our branches. You provide expert advice on a wide range of banking products while creating a positive, trust-based customer experience. You combine excellent commercial insight with strong digital expertise to support clients in managing their daily finances efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly and create valuable contact moments.

  • Tailored Advice: Quickly identify customer needs and propose the most appropriate financial solutions.

  • Daily Banking Support: Assist clients with accounts, cards, spaarproducten, consumer credit, and digital banking tools.

  • Sales & Commercial Insight: Identify and act on sales opportunities, offering savings, investment, credit, and insurance products.

  • Digital Ambassador: Promote digital and mobile banking and guide customers in using these tools effectively.

  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with colleagues and specialized teams when required.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Handle interactions empathetically, contributing to high CSAT/NPS scores.

  • Efficient Operations: Make optimal use of available tools to manage customer contacts efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in retail banking and motivation to grow within the sector.

  • Customer-focused, proactive, and commercially minded.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset.

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or banking is a plus.
