As an FP&A Principal, you will serve as a key strategic partner within the organization – leading financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting efforts. You will collaborate across departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with operational objectives and help drive sustainable, profitable growth.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning

Analyze complex financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and internal stakeholders

Lead and support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles

Provide financial analysis and decision support for strategic initiatives, business cases, and capital investments

Continuously improve financial systems, tools, and processes for more efficient and accurate reporting
Requirements:

MBA or CFA preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A – insurance or financial services background preferred.

Advanced Excel skills, including complex financial modelling and scenario analysis

Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools (ideal)
