With continued expansion and a focus on strategic growth, the organization is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Principal to join their high-performing finance team and play a critical role in supporting executive-level decision-making.

As an FP&A Principal, you will serve as a key strategic partner within the organization – leading financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting efforts. You will collaborate across departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with operational objectives and help drive sustainable, profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning

• Analyze complex financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and internal stakeholders

• Lead and support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles

• Provide financial analysis and decision support for strategic initiatives, business cases, and capital investments

• Continuously improve financial systems, tools, and processes for more efficient and accurate reporting

Requirements:

• MBA or CFA preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A – insurance or financial services background preferred.

• Advanced Excel skills, including complex financial modelling and scenario analysis

• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools (ideal)
