The Mission: Data Integration for a New Division

We are integrating data from core operational applications-including network modeling, traffic organization, and real-time planning-into a modernized software environment.
We are seeking a “Strategic Translator” who can navigate the gap between legacy operational logic and a new, high-stakes infrastructure roadmap.
Key Responsibilities

Functional Mapping: Transform complex operational data (infrastructure planning and real-time network traffic) into clear functional specifications.

Stakeholder Diplomacy: Act as the primary interface between the new Division’s leadership, Business units, and technical development teams.

Roadmap Alignment: Ensure all functional requirements align with the current software versioning and hardware migration schedule.

System Modeling: Analyze how infrastructure changes impact real-time operations and logistics flow.
Candidate Profile

Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in Functional Analysis (Medior or Senior level).

Technical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a proficiency in Basic SQL for data validation.

Communication: Exceptional interaction skills; able to bridge the gap between business needs and technical constraints.

Languages: Professional fluency in Dutch and English.

Domain Knowledge: While not mandatory, experience in Traffic Management, Logistics, or Large-scale Transport (Rail, Aviation, or Maritime) is a significant advantage.
