Role Description:

Own the Actuarial Function under Solvency II: reserves, capital, and regulatory reporting

Provide expert advice to the Board and executive on commercial, risk, and strategic matters

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of actuaries and trainees

Influence outcomes across Risk, Finance, and the wider business without direct reporting lines

Promote strong governance, actuarial best practice, and professional judgement

Engage with regulators and senior stakeholders confidently
