We’re partnering with a global Insurance Brokerage that’s accelerating its US expansion. They’re looking for a senior leader to build and run an enterprise Change & Continuous Improvement capability that accelerates transformation, embeds operational rigor and increases adoption across the business.
This role is ideal for a strategic, people-focused leader who turns change into measurable outcomes, creating practical playbooks, scalable ways of working, and learning pathways that make transformation predictable, auditable and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and operationalize an enterprise-grade change function, frameworks, playbooks and toolkits that make change repeatable and measurable.
- Build and grow Centers of Excellence and an embedded network of change practitioners and champions across functions.
- Lead end-to-end change governance: establish forums, risk dashboards, and decision rights that keep large initiatives on track.
- Drive continuous improvement: document, standardize and optimize SOPs, and run QA and feedback loops that reduce failure demand and lower cost-to-serve.
- Deliver capability uplift through targeted learning programs, onboarding pathways, and practical training to embed standards and sustain outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders in Commercial, Technology, Operations, HR, and Finance to align change activity with strategic priorities and investment decisions.
- Provide visible leadership on adoption, stakeholder readiness, and benefits-realization – using data to demonstrate value (NPS, retention, efficiency gains).
- Oversee a business help desk or user support capability to ensure consistent user experience and rapid resolution during change roll-outs.
Skilled Needed:
- Senior leader with deep expertise in change management, continuous improvement and organizational enablement.
- Experience building scalable change functions and CoEs in complex or rapidly growing businesses.
- Strong systems thinker who can translate strategy into operating models and measurable outcomes.
- Track record of developing governance that balances speed with appropriate risk and control.
- Excellent stakeholder influence, comfortable briefing and influencing C-suite and cross-functional leadership.
- High emotional intelligence and cultural fluency, able to build trust across global and local teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and dashboards to drive decisions.
- Proven ability to produce business cases and demonstrate tangible organizational benefit.
