We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of a digital platform within an MNC Insurance client.
Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements

Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications

Present solution options and recommendations, clearly communicating trade-offs

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners

Support Agile delivery including sprint planning, backlog grooming, SIT/UAT, and defect triage
What we are looking for:

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Insurance industry

Proven track record in end to end Digital platform delivery (Agency platform, Sales, Website / Mobile App)

Familiarity with Agile delivery environments

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
-
Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must
