Insurance Business Project Manager – Cantonese Speaker

We are seeking for a detail-oriented and result-driven Business Project Manager to join an MNC Insurance company and lead key initiatives for seamless execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional business projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
  • Track project performance and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Create and deliver project reports, presentations, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Proven track record with Business, Operations / Process, and Organizational Transformation is an advantage
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is a must
