We are seeking for a detail-oriented and result-driven Business Project Manager to join an MNC Insurance company and lead key initiatives for seamless execution across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional business projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
- Track project performance and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Create and deliver project reports, presentations, and documentation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Proven track record with Business, Operations / Process, and Organizational Transformation is an advantage
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is a must
