Interim Head of Transformation Management Office (Technology) – Remote with travel
Oliver James is currently partnered with a leading Life & Annuities organisation as they embark on a multi-year technology transformation. The focus is to modernize core platforms, data platforms, and delivery capabilities to support the company’s ability to grow, operate efficiently, and manage risk. The transformation requires tightly coordinated execution across business and technology functions. Given the scale, interdependencies, and direct business impact of this effort, success requires realizing measurable business value through technology delivery.
Broadly speaking we are looking to engage with individuals who has proven experience of leading or governing large-scale technology or enterprise transformations, with accountability for delivery and business outcomes. This experience needs to be specifically within the Life Insurance and / or Annuities industry.
The client is open to this role being remote in the United States providing you can travel regularly to the HQ. If you are based outside of the United States and do not have automatic right to work in the United States, you will not be considered.
