Title: Internal Developer Platform Lead (DevSecOps)
Location: Warren, NJ (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite)

Base Salary Range DOE: $173 – 225k

We’re seeking an experienced Internal Developer Platform Lead to spearhead the evolution of DevSecOps practices and elevate the developer experience across the enterprise. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll architect secure automation pipelines, drive engineering efficiency, and build a scalable self-service developer portal that empowers teams to deliver with speed and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and rollout of enterprise-grade CI/CD/CT pipelines using modern tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Terraform), embedding security at every stage.

Manage and mentor a high-performing DevSecOps engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Partner with cloud, security, and application teams to align DevSecOps strategies with broader enterprise goals.

Build and maintain a self-service developer portal with reusable templates for infrastructure, APIs, and deployments.

Ensure security by design through automated scans, compliance checks, and policy enforcement integrated directly into pipelines.

Drive initiatives to streamline developer workflows, infrastructure provisioning, and monitoring to improve productivity and system resilience.
Skills Needed:

8+ years in DevSecOps, cloud engineering, and infrastructure automation.

5+ years managing or leading technical teams with a focus on automation.

Strong expertise in Azure (bonus: AWS, GCP, or Oracle).

Proven experience with CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell).

Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native operations.

Deep knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code, reusable templates, and cloud governance standards.

Familiarity with security best practices, compliance frameworks, and incident response.

Scripting capabilities in Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence standards and best practices across teams.
