IT Infrastructure Manager | Dublin | Financial Services
We’re hiring an experienced IT Infrastructure Consultant to lead resilient, secure IT infrastructure operations in a regulated financial services environment.
Reporting to the Head of IT Operations, this role focuses on operational resilience, DORA compliance, and the effective management of on-prem and cloud infrastructure, alongside governance of third-party vendors and MSPs.
Key responsibilities include:

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity planning and testing (DORA-aligned)

Backup, storage, and network infrastructure oversight

Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)

Third-party and managed service provider governance

Infrastructure compliance, documentation, and audit readiness
About you:

5+ years’ experience managing IT infrastructure in regulated financial services

Strong knowledge of DORA, IT risk, and operational resilience

Experience with backup solutions (e.g. Veeam, Commvault), networking, and M365
-
Proven vendor and stakeholder management skills
Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or ISO 27001 are a plus.
