IT Project Manager – 12-Month FTC (Hybrid, Dublin)
I am hiring for an experienced IT Project Manager on behalf of my global client for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Dublin (hybrid). This role will lead the delivery of key ICT and digital transformation initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and delivery of ICT projects from initiation through to completion.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Develop and manage project documentation including charters, plans, timelines, budgets, risk logs, and status reports.

Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver milestones and maintain project momentum.

Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely escalation where required.

Facilitate regular project updates and governance meetings with key stakeholders.

Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.

Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery.
Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years’ experience in IT project management, ideally delivering digital transformation programmes.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including cloud technologies, networking, servers, and storage.

Knowledge of security principles and risk management.

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar project management certification preferred.

Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and project management tools (e.g. MS Project).

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
