Are you a proven project leader ready to shape and drive strategic change across a global insurance organisation?

Our client – a highly respected and well-capitalised international insurance group – is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee business-critical transformation initiatives, manage a team of experienced Project Managers, and embed best-in-class project delivery standards.

In this high-impact role, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of international Project Managers
  • Provide project assurance and governance oversight at the enterprise level
  • Drive the successful delivery of complex change programmes across business and IT
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, including Group and Executive leaders
  • Collaborate with a strong Business Analysis and PMO function to embed best practices

Key experience required:

  • 10+ years in project delivery within Insurance/Reinsurance (Lloyd’s market understanding ideal)
  • Strong leadership of cross-functional delivery teams
  • Previous experience line managing a team of Project Managers
  • Proven track record of managing complex change initiatives
  • Deep knowledge of project governance, assurance, and stakeholder engagement
  • Project and Agile certifications preferred
