Are you a proven project leader ready to shape and drive strategic change across a global insurance organisation?
Our client – a highly respected and well-capitalised international insurance group – is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee business-critical transformation initiatives, manage a team of experienced Project Managers, and embed best-in-class project delivery standards.
In this high-impact role, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of international Project Managers
- Provide project assurance and governance oversight at the enterprise level
- Drive the successful delivery of complex change programmes across business and IT
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, including Group and Executive leaders
- Collaborate with a strong Business Analysis and PMO function to embed best practices
Key experience required:
- 10+ years in project delivery within Insurance/Reinsurance (Lloyd’s market understanding ideal)
- Strong leadership of cross-functional delivery teams
- Previous experience line managing a team of Project Managers
- Proven track record of managing complex change initiatives
- Deep knowledge of project governance, assurance, and stakeholder engagement
- Project and Agile certifications preferred
