We help leading Financial Services organisations understand how they perform against their peers across a wide range of customer, digital, and operational KPIs. We are looking for someone from a consulting background.

As a Senior Associate, you will work directly with well-known brands, combining data interpretation, qualitative research, and sector knowledge to help clients improve their performance. This role is consultative at its core: you’ll analyse trends, identify best practice, draw insights from unique datasets, and present your findings to senior stakeholders.

You’ll join a collaborative and curious team with strong progression opportunities, where you’ll develop your expertise in Financial Services and client advisory work.

Client Insight & Advisory

  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their strategic priorities.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights using exclusive datasets and secondary research.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

Research & Insight Generation

  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Conduct qualitative and desk research to identify best practice in digital servicing, customer journeys, and operational performance.
  • Combine qualitative and quantitative insight to create compelling narratives for clients.

Benchmarking & Analysis

  • Use benchmarking data to help clients understand how they compare to peers.
  • Translate detailed information into concise, logical insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Work independently to manage research tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality outputs.

Collaboration & Development

  • Work with an experienced team in a supportive, flexible environment.
  • Contribute to presentations, reports, and client workshops.
  • Build your knowledge of the Financial Services sector while developing your consulting skillset.

What We’re Looking For

  • Around 2 years’ experience in consulting, market research, customer insight, CX, strategy, or a similar client-facing, analytical role.
  • Experience working with complex information and turning it into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to conduct secondary research, analyse qualitative themes, and understand customer and digital trends.
  • Excellent organisation, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
