Oracle Utilities Consultant (C2M)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Utilities professional to lead end-to-end Meter-to-Cash operations and solution delivery across key revenue and billing functions. This role will be responsible for driving solution design, overseeing enhancements, and partnering with both business and IT stakeholders to optimize revenue operations, improve system performance, and reduce revenue leakage.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience across Oracle Utilities platforms such as CC&B, MDM, and ORMB, with a strong understanding of utility revenue lifecycle processes and complex enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Meter-to-Cash processes, including meter data, billing, invoicing, payments, and collections, ensuring operational accuracy, compliance, and process optimization.

• Drive solution design and delivery for enhancements across Oracle Utilities applications, including CC&B, MDM, and ORMB.

• Lead complex integrations between Oracle Utilities systems and related platforms such as AMI, CIS, ERP, and other enterprise applications.

• Partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful solution delivery.

• Provide leadership across project and operational workstreams, ensuring quality execution and alignment with business goals.

• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce revenue leakage, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen revenue integrity.

• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on Oracle Utilities best practices, process design, and delivery approach.

• Support issue resolution, testing strategy, implementation planning, and post-deployment stabilization.

• Ensure documentation, controls, and solution designs align with compliance, audit, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working with Oracle Utilities platforms and utility revenue operations

• Deep experience with Oracle CC&B, MDM, and/or ORMB

• Strong knowledge of Meter-to-Cash business processes, including billing, payments, collections, and meter data workflows

• Experience leading solution design, integrations, and enterprise system enhancements

• Proven ability to work across business and IT stakeholders and lead delivery efforts

• Experience mentoring junior resources and leading cross-functional initiatives

• Utility industry experience strongly preferred
