Seeking a Supervisor to lead private equity fund administration, including capital calls, NAVs, financial reporting, waterfalls, IRR calculations, and audit support. Manage and mentor a small team while serving as a key client contact. 3-6 years in financial services required, preferably fund administration or a direct fund. Private equity exposure preferred. Mostly remote, 2-4 days in office/month.
We are seeking a Private Equity Supervisor to lead fund administration efforts, overseeing a team of accountants and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of financial processes for clients. Full training, including regulatory modules such as AML/KYC, will be provided to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee processing of capital calls, distributions, and reconciliations

Prepare NAV calculations, financial statements, fee schedules, and profit/loss allocations

Build and maintain waterfall models and performance metrics, including IRR reporting

Generate ad hoc reports for clients and investors

Serve as primary point of contact for accounting queries and escalate as needed

Support audit preparation and ensure timely fund audits

Assist with client onboarding and transition activities

Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize workflows
Skills & Experience:

3+ years in financial services, preferably fund administration, auditing, or investment management

Exposure to private equity is preferred; hedge fund experience is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or Mathematics

Progress toward professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary systems

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

Work Arrangement: Predominantly remote with 2-4 days in-office per month
