Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Coach (Product Management Trainer) to design and deliver a Product Management Training Program that supports the development of Product Leaders, Product Managers, and Product Owners across the organization.
The successful candidate will bring a proven coaching and training methodology, ideally with experience implementing similar programs in other organizations. The role will combine structured training, individual coaching, and capability development to strengthen product management practices and support the growth of key team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current product management capabilities and development needs.
- Design role-based training pathways for:
- Product Leaders
- Product Managers
- Product Owners
- Deliver training workshops, coaching sessions, and mentoring.
- Provide tailored development plans for selected team members.
- Establish practical product management tools, frameworks, and best practices.
- Create reusable training materials to support ongoing capability development.
Experience Required
- Extensive experience in Product Management and Product Leadership.
- Proven track record of coaching and developing product professionals at multiple levels.
- Experience designing and delivering product training programs.
- Strong knowledge of modern product management practices, product discovery, prioritization, and product strategy.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
