Senior Program Delivery Partner (Insurance)
We are seeking an experienced Principal to lead large-scale cloud transformation programmes across the DACH region. This is a senior, client-facing role combining strategic advisory, programme leadership, and commercial accountability.
You will own the end-to-end success of cloud implementations, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes while driving adoption and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex cloud transformation programmes from initiation to delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across client organisations
- Drive customer success, ensuring adoption, performance standards, and delivery milestones are met
- Support sales activities, including proposals, solution planning, and cost estimation
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with responsibility for revenue growth and delivery excellence
- Oversee resource planning and resolve staffing challenges across multiple projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align delivery, sales, and partner teams
Requirements
- Fluent in German (written and spoken)
- Strong expertise in the insurance industry, with knowledge of at least one DACH market
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or cloud implementation programmes
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate strategically while ensuring execution excellence
