Regional Business Manager
Location: Dublin (Hybrid) | Open to candidates nationwide
A leading insurance provider is seeking a commercially driven Regional Business Manager to lead growth across the Irish broker market. This high-impact role combines strategic leadership, broker relationship management, and team development to deliver sales performance and business growth across a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver annual sales and revenue targets for assigned broker accounts

Manage and grow regional and selected national broker relationships

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Broker Consultants to achieve performance goals

Strengthen broker partnerships and formalise distribution agreements

Oversee day-to-day broker account operations, ensuring efficient processes
-
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
-
Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure cost-effective operations

Represent the business at industry events and forums

Use CRM and sales tools to track performance and optimise results

Deliver product and technical training to broker partners
Key Competencies & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; relevant Masters advantageous

QFA and/or CFP qualification essential

10+ years’ sales experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership in financial services or insurance

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth

Strong understanding of investment, retirement, protection, and risk-based solutions

Experience developing and executing sales and distribution strategies

Strategic thinker with commercial awareness and analytical skills

Demonstrated leadership, team management, and stakeholder management capabilities
