Role and Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate, well-documented Solvency Capital Risk results in line with Solvency II requirements.
- Uphold a strong and effective control framework.
- Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of processes and methodologies.
- Review and validate data inputs, liaising with data providers to address data quality concerns.
- Analyse and verify results, identifying and resolving discrepancies where necessary.
- Present findings and insights to senior management.
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements of models and processes.
- Assist with impact assessments relating to business developments or regulatory changes.
- Stay current with industry regulations and maintain compliance in all solvency-related activities.
Key Skills:
- At least 3 years’ experience within the insurance/ re-insurance sector.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of the Solvency II Standard Formula.
- Non-Life experience is advantageous
- Well-structured, organised, and outcome-focused approach.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance and streamline processes.
- Self-driven, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
