Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Associate focused on Process Optimisation to drive operational excellence and operating model transformation within a growing alternative asset manager. This role is well suited to candidates transitioning from consulting into a high-impact, in-house position.
Sitting within the Technology function and reporting to the Head of Business Architecture, you will apply structured process improvement and operating model principles to help build a scalable, cost-effective, and well-controlled target state platform. You will join a small, high-performing team delivering innovative solutions across core business processes, systems, and data capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current state processes and data flows to identify inefficiencies, scalability constraints, and improvement opportunities
- Define and implement process and operating model enhancements to support business growth, consistency, and long-term sustainability
- Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, ensuring changes are embedded and measurable benefits are realised
- Promote a continuous improvement culture across Investment, Fundraising, and internal functions, improving cross-team collaboration
- Translate business requirements into clear system and data specifications, bridging business and technology stakeholders
- Develop business cases, support project planning, and drive delivery of complex change initiatives
- Own and maintain core process artefacts, including process frameworks, process maps, and data dictionaries
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to align change initiatives with strategic objectives
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in business analysis and process optimisation, ideally within a management consultancy environment
- 5-7 years’ consulting experience in Financial Services, with exposure or interest in Private Credit
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership and ability to deliver autonomously
- Experience applying structured process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
