Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business requirements.

  • Contribute to driving major transformative life insurance projects, including cutting-edge AI initiatives.

  • Assess existing systems and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Develop detailed use cases and user stories to clearly communicate requirements to development teams.

  • Serve as the liaison between business units and offshore development teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.

  • Define and align SIT and UAT approaches and schedules, ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards.

  • Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting on progress, risks, and issues.

  • Prepare for project status update, reporting and presentation to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on the life insurance industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of core insurance processes, operations, or policy services within life insurance.

  • Demonstrated proficient presentation and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English, including the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
