Senior Change Specialist

Location: North Holland region (hybrid)

Hours: 36 hours per week

About the assignment

Do you want to work on changes that truly matter, right at the heart of the financial markets? For a leading international organisation we are looking for a Senior Change Specialist who can turn complex change into concrete results.

In this role you operate at the intersection of business, technology and operations. You contribute to the further development of electronic trading and market infrastructure and ensure that changes are implemented smoothly, in a controlled manner and in full compliance within a highly regulated environment.

This is not a role for watching from the sidelines, but for people who take ownership, dare to make decisions and get energy from visible impact.

What will you do?

You are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex change initiatives.

You translate strategic objectives into concrete epics, projects and improvements.

You perform impact and gap analyses and define priorities together with stakeholders.

You connect business, operations, IT and control functions and ensure alignment.

You monitor progress, quality, risks and compliance.

You ensure that changes not only go live, but are also properly embedded in the organisation.

Who are we looking for?

You maintain overview where others see complexity. You easily switch between detail and strategy and feel at home in environments where content, pace and interests come together.

You bring:

Around 7 years of experience within a large international financial organisation.

At least 3 years of experience in a change, delivery, project or business analysis role.

Proven knowledge of Financial Markets, trading, market infrastructure and/or post-trade processes.

Strong stakeholder and communication skills, also at senior level.

Strong analytical skills, decisiveness and a results-driven mindset.

Fluent in English at C1 level or higher.

Backgrounds that fit well are Change Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager or Operations Specialist within Financial Markets.
