The Role
The Senior Compliance Officer will support the firm’s enterprise compliance program, with a primary focus on reviewing and approving advertising and marketing materials across both asset management and insurance businesses. This role also contributes to broader compliance activities including regulatory filings, disclosures, RFPs, DDQs, social media, and program management initiatives.
You will work closely with Marketing, Legal, Product, and Compliance partners across a geographically distributed organization, helping the business move forward in a compliant, efficient, and practical way.
What You’ll Be Doing

Review and approve marketing and advertising materials across investment and insurance products

Partner with Marketing, Legal, Product, and Compliance teams to provide business-friendly, compliant solutions

Support regulatory filings, disclosures, RFPs, DDQs, and other client and regulatory deliverables

Apply regulatory and product knowledge to real-world business use cases

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and quality

Contribute to special projects and broader compliance initiatives

Help evaluate and develop AI tools and automation to enhance compliance operations

Build strong working relationships across a global organization
What We’re Looking For

Experience in financial services compliance, particularly in marketing or advertising review

Exposure to investment products, insurance products, or both

Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
