Role Summary
A senior-level claims professional is needed to handle complex liability claims that may involve long-term exposure issues. The work includes evaluating coverage questions, managing high-severity cases, and overseeing related litigation or arbitration. This person may work with outside counsel, guide strategy, handle discovery, and participate in key proceedings when required.
- MUST HAVE Juris Doctor + Bar Admission
- MUST HAVE insurance coverage experience within LTE claims
- At least ~7+ years of legal or claims experience
- Strong skills in writing, organization, communication, and negotiation
- Ability to manage complex matters independently
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and reporting at a high level
- Must hold or obtain required adjusting/licensing credentials
$150,000–$170,000 base salary + bonus + benefits.
