A leading global insurance broker is looking for an experienced Senior Credit Control Contractor to support the delivery and development of credit control and fiduciary accounting services within a Global Broking environment.
This role will focus on overseeing credit control performance, and requires a good personable character able to influence stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver credit control, working capital, KPI and SLA targets across a portfolio of insurance business
- Act as the key interface between finance/credit control and the wider broking business
- Oversee and support offshore credit control activities, contributing to performance management (no direct line management)
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiencies, and risk reduction initiatives
- Support bureau submissions, resolve complex accounting queries, and manage reporting to senior stakeholders
- Contribute to projects, audits, and regulatory compliance within the UK insurance environment
Key Experience Required:
- Strong background in credit control / insurance broking accounts / fiduciary accounting
- Experience working with offshore or outsourced finance teams
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of UK insurance regulation and bureau processes
- Confident communicator able to operate at all levels
