This permanent position offers a remarkable opportunity to influence the financial strategy of a leading brokerage firm. You will oversee the build out of the US accounting and finance operations at one of the fastest growing insurance companies in the USA.

Role & Responsibilities:

Overseeing the financial operations of the brokerage division to ensure compliance with statutory legislation and professional standards.
Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Managing a team of financial professionals, providing leadership, training, and support to meet departmental objectives.
Producing accurate financial reports and presenting them to senior stakeholders.
Collaborating with other department heads to drive the company’s financial agenda and contribute to the strategic planning process.

Extensive experience in financial management and accounting within the Insurance or financial services industry.
Strong leadership capabilities, able to direct and motivate a skilled team.
Proven track record of improving financial processes and delivering reliable financial information.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the aptitude to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
