Key Responsibilities

Second Line Challenge: Lead independent risk assessments across cybersecurity, data governance, and AI/ML domains; partner with first line teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.

Control & Alignment Evaluation: Evaluate control design, operational effectiveness, and alignment with regulatory and audit requirements.

Stakeholder Advisory & Reporting: Advise senior management on risk mitigation, develop risk reports, and influence technology and AI decision-making.

Risk Monitoring & Compliance: Monitor key risk indicators, cyber threats, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations; coordinate business continuity and record management programs.
Key Requirements

Experience: 7+ years in cybersecurity, technology, or risk management, preferably in a financial institution; 5+ years in technology risk or information security with focus on control evaluation.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity risk management, AI/ML risk frameworks, and IT risk management in global banking environments.

Certifications & Education: University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CEH.

Skills & Competencies: Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, strong stakeholder influence without authority, documentation-focused, able to convey complex concepts clearly.
