Senior Project Manager – Investment Management (Private Equity/Credit)

Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to support a high-impact transformation initiative in the Private Assets space, with a strong focus on the Singapore and Hong Kong markets.
This role involves designing and implementing a new operating model and framework for Private Assets management. We need a hands-on project manager with solid experience in investment or asset management who can contribute at both a content and delivery level – providing structure, planning, and practical input.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across Investment, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Private Assets transformation project
- Assess current-state processes, governance, and operating structures
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate workshops and working groups to drive alignment, clarity, and decision-making
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in Investment, Risk, Finance, and Technology
- Provide clear and concise updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees
- Support the successful embedding and transition of changes into business-as-usual operations
Required Experience
- 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in a financial services or investment environment
- Proven track record working within Investment Management or Asset Management (exposure to Private Assets such as Private Equity or Private Credit is highly desirable)
- Demonstrated experience delivering operating model design, transformation programmes, or governance-related initiatives
- Experience with regulatory-driven change or operating model transformations is an advantage
- Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous and fast-evolving environments
