Senior Recruitment Consultant to AVP level / Full-Desk Position

The Opportunity
High-performing and experienced full-desk technology recruiter needed for our established Insurance & FS desk division with Nationwide scope. You’ll own the full cycle – winning clients, building candidate pipelines, and closing placements into one of the strongest markets globally.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Development:
- Win new business across the Insurance & Financial Services sectors
- Pitch and secure retained and exclusive search mandates
- Build C-suite and HR relationships at target accounts
- Map organizations and identify hiring triggers
Delivery & Placement:
- Headhunt passive professionals from Mid-level to C-suite executives
- Manage full recruitment process: screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, close
- Provide market intelligence and salary bench marking to clients and candidates
- Build exclusive candidate network through proactive headhunting
Essential Experience:
- 3-5 years full-desk agency recruitment experience across a professional services market
- Proven billing track record
- Demonstrable new business development success (cold calling, networking, client wins)
- Experience headhunting passive candidates and building talent pools
