Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 7+ years in wealth management or private banking with direct advisory responsibilities.
  • Experience managing books of business with $1M+ in annual revenue.
  • Experience serving HNW and UHNW clients with complex planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and estate planning coordination.
  • Ability to work within a team-oriented environment while maintaining entrepreneurial autonomy.

Detailed Job Description

As a Wealth Advisor, you will serve as the primary relationship manager for a select group of HNW and UHNW clients, delivering tailored investment and financial planning solutions. You will have access to a dynamic alternatives platform, private investment opportunities, and unique vehicles designed to broaden and strengthen client portfolios. In this role, you will provide family office level services, including trust, estate, tax strategy, and philanthropic planning resources, while collaborating with in-house specialists across investments, lending, and cash management to deliver comprehensive wealth strategies. You will also be responsible for driving business development through networking, referrals, and strategic relationship building, ensuring consistent growth and expansion of your client base. Above all, you will uphold the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility, transparency, and personalized service, ensuring each client receives a world-class advisory experience.
