ServiceNow Architect | Permanent role | Hybrid, Dublin
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Lead design and delivery of core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
- Build and govern reporting and analytics (Performance Analytics, reports, dashboards).
- Translate stakeholder needs into scalable solutions.
- Enforce best practices for governance, security, and performance.
- Oversee integrations with external systems (e.g., monitoring, HR, finance).
- Define roadmap for additional modules (ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM).
- Mentor developers/admins and provide technical leadership.
- Conduct architecture reviews aligned to enterprise strategy.
- Track platform updates and drive adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience as a ServiceNow Architect in large environments.
- Strong knowledge of platform capabilities and constraints.
- Deep ITSM and module experience.
- Proficiency in reporting tools.
- Scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
- Understanding of data models, CMDB, and service mapping.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
