Title: ServiceNow Platform Manager
Location: Remote within US, must be on EST – Quarterly travel to CT

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on ServiceNow Platform Manager to lead the long-term vision, technical architecture, and day-to-day performance of our enterprise ServiceNow ecosystem.
This role blends strategy, engineering direction, governance, and global team leadership to ensure the platform evolves as a resilient, secure, and intelligent enterprise service backbone. You will steer high-impact digital transformation initiatives and guide a combined delivery model spanning internal staff, solution partners, and a scaled offshore team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and steward a modern and secure ServiceNow platform architecture to support the global enterprise.
- Evaluate emerging platform capabilities to guide innovation, upgrades, and architectural enhancements.
- Establish design blueprints, integration standards, and framework documentation for data flows and platform extensibility.
- Implement governance structures aligned to regulatory and audit expectations.
- Drive secure-by-default design principles, ongoing configuration audits, and system hardening.
- Maintain rigorous controls for platform changes, compliance validation, and technical risk mitigation.
- Set clear ownership, performance expectations, and development pathways across a multicultural workforce.
- Oversee strategic service provider engagements, delivery contracts, and operating standards across onshore and offshore collaboration.
- Ensure platform stability, uptime, availability, and recovery preparedness.
- Serve as the primary liaison for enterprise stakeholders across business, IT, governance, compliance, and delivery sponsors.
- Translate product and process needs into clear, prioritized delivery roadmaps.
- Communicate platform outcomes, adoption insights, delivery momentum, risks, and strategic direction in executive forums.
- Strengthen organizational understanding through documentation, coaching, and best-practice communities.
- Champion platform engagement by coupling user insights with digital enablement strategies.
Skilled Needed:
- 7+ years leading enterprise platforms, with extensive involvement in ServiceNow architecture, scaling, and operational ownership.
- Strong fluency in major ServiceNow capabilities spanning ITSM, ITOM, or comparable service delivery domains.
- Experience designing enterprise-grade integrations (APIs, SSO, identity frameworks, multi-system data orchestration).
- Demonstrated success leading large, globally distributed, and culturally diverse teams.
- Deep grounding in frameworks supporting platform engineering and delivery: ITIL, Agile, DevOps, or related methodologies.
